| dsi will begin work on your project upon receipt of all deliverables. |

Name, phone/fax/pager numbers of key contacts (including the design engineer) |

Complete gerber files and fabrication drawings shipped on disk, e-mailed or sent to dsi's modem.
Please send all electronic files in a single zip file. |
- Note: To start production on a given day, gerber files must be received and verified as complete and usable no later than 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

- Drill files should be grouped by size and in Excellon format
- Apertures should be flashed rather than drawn
- Please output route profiles, end points, test points, and so forth if possible

- Gerber files in electronic format (274x format preferred)
- Drill file and report listing finished hole sizes, tolerances and quantities for each hole
- Soldermask file(s)
- Silkscreen(s)
- Board profile or outline
- Fabrication drawings in .hpgl, .gbr, .iges or paper drawings
- Aperture list information, including coordinate format, coordinate mode (absolute or incremental) and zero suppression
- Net list provided in I-D-356 or mentor neutral format
- Any board specifications
- Any other pertinent information needed to begin production according to customer specifications
