Process Engineering is responsible for setting up and maintaining the
latest processes and equipment for the manufacture of the customer's assembly. Their expertise ranges from developing
unique reflow oven profiles for challenging assemblies to X-raying hidden solder joints to ensure reliability. Each step in
the assembly process is first outlined to assure a match to the specifications from the customer. It is then reviewed for
manufacturability to achieve the highest quality results in the manufacture of the product.
Our process engineers continually research the latest manufacturing
processes to meet our customer's demanding requirements. We currently can assemble boards with water soluable, no clean
and lead-free assembly processes. Parallel to this effort, they research to find the most
cost-effective, automated, precision equipment that can be used in the manufacturing process.
