Our in-house bare board CAM and Customer Engineering departments work with the offshore fabricator and tool the boards to assure proper processing. dsi boasts a full-service Chem Lab with complete Metrology capabilities, allowing dsi to inspect and test the raw board as if we made the board ourselves. We can verify raw boards to MIL-STD-31032 standards. Whether we are sourcing the bare board for sale directly to a customer, or we are sourcing the board for dsi assembly, we handle all of the front-end engineering, as well as all of the verification testing prior to the board being sold or assembled in-house.
